Our Gener8 Peer Support tools enable you to utilise the Power of Many to help you succeed, no matter what stage of your career you are in. The Power of Many means we pull together a like-minded group of peers from around the country (not around the block) to support each other on their journeys to enhanced personal effectiveness and leadership ability within their businesses. 

What does this look like? Every 1-2 weeks, each Gener8 Peer Support group meets around the virtual boardroom table (online) to share successes and challenges and receive world-class coaching and training from our certified John Maxwell Team Leadership coaches at Gener8. The differing experiences, backgrounds and approaches around the virtual table will surpass any business group you may have participated in to date - we guarantee it. Long-lasting business relationships will be built as insights and viewpoints are shared in a safe environment. 

The learning topics we base the 'mastermind' peer support groups on are covered below.  Groups are usually comprised of at least 6 individuals and meet weekly or fortnightly for an average of 4-6 months while the material is thoroughly covered. All books and learning materials are included.
