Our unique Gener8 Influence programme is the only one of its kind in the country. Your ability to lead is completely determined by your ability to influence and inspire those around you. From your ability to lead yourself to your ability to exhibit leadership in your personal and professional relationships - Gener8 Influence has what you need to become a great leader over time. Your dedicated Gener8 Leadership Coach will partner with you over the course of 12-24+ months to provide the support and accountability you need to truly become a master of influence.  

What does this look like?  Your Leadership Coach will guide you through the best of John Maxwell's leadership material one bite at at time, beginning with concepts from 'The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership'. From there, you'll dive into learning how to take more control of your life through the concepts of 'Intentional Living' and then expand into learning how to develop leadership ability in others. After all, being a true leader means you focus on developing leadership ability in others.

2. Monthly sessions online with your Leadership Coach to work through a structured development plan that will support your goals
3. 2x LIVE accountability and learning sessions with your Coach for the purpose of putting what you're learning into practice

5. Access to the Leader's Toolkit to help you identify the best way to manage and lead each individual on your team
6. Unlimited, exclusive access to your Gener8 Leadership Coach for support as needed via phone / email
